Qualification for higher secondary teacher
If I have a Phd degree in Chemistry,can I become a higher secondary teacher without B.Ed or SET?

No, you are not eligible to become a higher secondary school teacher without B.Ed qualification.
For recruitment as PGT candidates have to appear and qualify in CTET or STET examination. The minimum eligibility to appear for examination is :- Candidate must have passed master degree from a recognised university. Candidate must have B.Ed degree from a recognised university. So, you are not eligible to appear for examination without B.Ed. For more information about examination visit at www.ctet.nic.in. |

I have completed three year intership of secondary teacher
Shall I have to complete three year internship again if I have selected as higher secondary teacher in maharashtra |
