Which qualification is required to become a Metro Train Driver?
Hi, what should be the minimum qualification to become a Metro Rail Driver? Is there any entrance also? If yes, then please provide details of that entrance. Further, is the minimum qualification criteria same for all cities Metro Rail Driver or differs from city to city?

Hi,
Metro train driver post is known as Station controller train driver (SC/TO) nowadays. For SC/TO post the candidate must posses atleast diploma in engineering. Yes, there is entrance examination for SC/TO posts conducted by respective states metro department. The written test consists of:- 1)General Aptitude 2)Reasoning 3)General awareness After that there is a general interview. No, the minimum qualification for SC/TO post i.e Diploma in engineering is same for all cities. Thank you |
