I am going to appear for the Jharkhand polytechnic entrance competitive exam 2013? Pls tell me up to what rank should i obtain to get branch like Electrical, Mechanical. Also tell me how much to score out of 150 to reach above cutoff marks. How the cutoff marks is decided?
