Earlier Rajestan vidyapeth offered M.tech through distance mode.Whether it has been approved by UGC?

The Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University is approved by University Grant Commission.

The courses offered through distance mode are approved by Distance Education Council of India, however, the technical courses offered by the university are not recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education.

I have completed M.Tech (CSE) on 2005-2007 from Rajasthan Vidyapeeth through distance mode.

Is Rajasthan Vidyapeeth M.Tech distance course approved by UGC?
And degree is valid as for UGC/AICTE guidelines
