THAPAR University,Patiala provides civil engineering through distance mode
For applying you need to have your 10th,12th certificates with you
In case you are working you need to have proper documents regarding your employement

Hi friend,You can do B.E or B.Tech in Distance mode via
1.Prist University
2.Annamalai University

These two universities i know which offering distance mode for B.Tech.

Diploma holders with 60% marks in civil engineering are eligible for taking admission in B.TECH civil engineering. Admissions are open round the year in open universities, just you have to pay late fees with the prescribed fees of programme. Generally there is no entrance exam in open university.
