The Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University is a deemed university under the University Grant commission. So, yes, it is approved by the UGC, but as far as AICTE approval is concerned, only the distance programs are approved by the Joint council of UGC-AICTE-DEC.
Basically, the courses offered by the university are not approved full-fledgedly by the All India Council for Technical Education.

Please tell me.The certificat of rajastan university is valid or not?

Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth is a deemed University approved by UGC and DEC but not approved by AICTE.

But as a deemed University, UGC approval is sufficient so there will be no problem for getting admitted here.

kya m,e kisi open university se b ed kar sakta hu i belong from rajasthan and work at govt.job at delhi a nd i have 49% in graduation .

I have done msc and for some technical degree want to join b.tec from correspondence . Still m in job from last 4 year plz is b.tech is valid from rvd.
