Eligibility For SBI Bank PO Exams

The State Bank of India Probationary Officer's Post is a really reputed post and you have to work really hard to attain it..

A candidate should satisfy the following minimum eligibility criterion :-

>> A candidate must have at least cleared his graduation from a recognized University in any stream and must have secured at least 55% aggregate (50% for SC/ST)

>> Also, the candidate must be within the age limit of 21-30 years..for SC/ST it is 21-35 years..

The papers will mainly test you on :-

Quantitative Ability
Verbal Ability
Logical Reasoning
General Awareness

SBI PO Exam required the minimum educational qualification is Graduate degree from recognized university.There is no marks criteria for SBI PO Exam.

Educational Qualification is not different for SC/ST category.You have only age relaxation .

But your age must be in between 21 to 30 years.Age relaxation is provide only for SC/ST/OBC candidate .For Sc/ST candidate have age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC candidate it is 3 years.

A new restriction has been imposed on the number of attempts for the candidates. For general number of attempts is 4, for OBC it is 7 and for SC/ST.

SBI BANK PO exam consist of two steps 1) Written test 2)GD 3)Personal Interview.In the GD round they have checked only your communication skill.It is not a elimination round if your communication is good .

SBI Bank Po Eligibility :

Nationality : Candidates should be citizen of India

Educational Qualification : Candidates should be complete Graduation in any discipline with min of 60% aggregate (55% from SC/ST candidates ) from a recognized University

Age Criteria :

Candidates age limit not more then 30 year & not less then 21 years

Relation in Upper age limit :

OBC : 3 years age relaxation
SC/ST : 5 years age relaxation
VH/OH General : 10 years age relaxation
VH/OH SC/ST : 15 years age relaxation
VH/OH OBC : 13 years age relaxation

The qualification for SBI PO for SC/ST is given below

• citizen must be indian.
• minimum age is 21 and maximum is 3o and age for sc/st it is about35 years.
• The candidate should be a graduate or equivalent. The same should be in any stream from a recognized university with a minimum requisite of 65% average mark for general category 60% for other classes is a must.
• The candidate selected for the post of Probationary Officer (PO) must also have knowledge about basic computer handling.

To apply for SBI PO exam yYou must have 55% of marks in 10+2 for SC/ST and Your age must be 18 to 33 years as 5 years relaxation in age is given SC/ST Candidates.
