Steps to take in becoming an Aeronautic Engineer after qualifying the WAEC examination?

After writing West African Examinations Council (WAEC) what are the next steps to take into gaining admission into University of Aeronautic Engineering? Can anybody also tell me about the course structure and topics contents covered in standard Aeronautic Engineering degree course?
