Steps to be taken after 10th to become an Air Hostess in Indian Airlines?


What are the main subjects should be taken after class 10th to become an Air Hostess and what are the entrance exam should be pass after class 12th? Further, how much can one earn as an Air Hostess? And, how about the security of job?

Step to become an air hostess after 10th:-

You cannot eligible for Air hostess after completing 10th standard.

You need to complete the 12th standard.

Eligibility criteria:-

Candidate should have Indian citizenship.

You must complete and equivalent course from a recognised state board.

Final year appearing candidates are eligible.

Selection process:-
Written test
Interview
Group discussion.

Air hostesses are also called as flight attendants. They are responsible for thousands of people’s lives each week. Their responsibility runs from the explaining of protection procedures to serving food and drinks. Some also help nervous passengers relax, such as when disturbance is high.

Candidates who have a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, communication or tourism is enough to get a job in the airline. Air hostess job is like a dream come true for fresh graduate girls. In this profession, you must be highly attentive and friendly to perform the job, and you need excellent communication and customer service skills.


Candidates must have completed the senior secondary education (10+2) in any stream.
They must also have a bachelor’s degree in management and hospitality.
Age of candidates must be between 18 years to 25 years and minimum height up to 157.6 cms.
Candidates should have a balanced BMI index means that weight must be in proportion with the height they have.
