Sorry, you cant give your IAS exam when your in 12th.You need to complete your graduation course for giving CSAT examination conducted by the UPSC board. There is no minimum marks criteria you need for CSAT examination.
You can get the information about the notifications and all in the following link

http://www.upsc.gov.in

As your still in 12th you have got ample amount of time left with you if you wish to get selected in the Civil service examination. Its better that you start your preparation from now itself. You can download the syllabus and go through the basic part from now.

all the best, complete your graduation course with good marks.

It is good to be looking ahead in your career, but what you are looking for is out of your reach at the moment.

The CSAT or the Civil Service Aptitude Test is conducted by the UPSC.

According to UPSC guidelines, you must be a graduate in any field from a recognized university.
Also if you are in the final year of your course, then also, you may apply.

As presently, you in class 12 ad so you cannot apply.

So complete your graduation first, then only you can apply.

No 12th pass is not eligible for IAS and PCS exams.

IAS is a National Level exam conducted for central government jobs. PCS is conducted by Uttar Pradesh public Service commission for state government jobs.

For IAS and PCS you must have following qualifications:

-Graduation in any discipline from recognised university.

-For IAS age required in 21 to 30 years if you are general category candidate.

-For PCS age required in 21 to 35 years if you are general category.

-There is age relaxation available for SC/ST, OBC, PWD and Ex servicemen based on government rules.

-For PCS you must be a domicile of U.P.

The selection in IAS and PCS is based on following pattern:

-Preliminary examination

-Mains examination

-Personal Interview

hello..
this is pretty appreciable that you're really serious about the most prestigious exam of the country, IAS, but i'm sorry you can't take this exam until and unless you're a graduate from a university in India. there is no such percentage criteria but the minimum age limit to give the exam is 21 years. all you can do now is prepare yourself for it from now onwards only, by keeping in touch with the current happenings in the country and the world, moreover you can go through books on geography, history, economics and general sciences too. Be in touch with a good English newspaper daily.
