You can also complete 12th Arts and then do Interior Designing Diploma course of 2 years.
You can also opt PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) in 12th Science and then do B.Arch(5 years) and further do your Diploma in Interior Designing.
Hope you would chose a better option of these three.

After 10th cbse exam can I take admission for interior design course and is it diploma,certificate,or degree then how many months/years

You can take Arts for interior designing,
You can also take
PCM(physics, chemistry and mathematics.

After that must have qualified in Bachelor's or master course in interior design.

Skills for interior design:-

1.Vision
2.Creative
3.Felxiblility
4.problem solving
5.out of the box approach
6.communications skill.

Interior designing course not need any particular subjects in 11th class. But you can take polscience,Geo,English,Phycology etc. But you can take subject of your interest in 11th class and you can do interior designing. But my best idea to take Arts as main stream if you wanted to pursue interior designing course.
