Which subject to opt in UGC NET after M.Sc in Microbiology?

I have completed my M.Sc in Microbiology. Can I apply for NTA UGC-NET? What subject should I choose? I had seen Forensic Science, Environmental Science, and Home Science related to Life Science but I haven't seen Microbiology. Can anyone please help me with this? Thank You.

You are eligible only for UGC NET life sciences subjects. Microbiology is a life science subject and you can apply for UGC NET with the subject choice. There is a percentage criteria for UGC NET and you must have at least 55% marks in your master's course
