Hi, I am pursuing my BBA and I have to prepare a project on Communication. My core topic is Formal and Informal Communication. So, can anybody please provide some guidance on how to start with this and what all things should come up in this project like difference between the two, advantages, disadvantages, process flow, stages etc.
