Actually they'll give permission to only 3rd and 4th year students that too on particular basis like interviews,% of marks

you just go and contact BHEL and ask for training
bhel website is this . http://www.bhel.com/home.php as good of my knowledge bhel is very good company and they have lots of project .. due to this reason they do not provide any type of training program !! they just hire engineers and give very good salary .. so you prepare for final selection study hard and try to understand your core paper !! good luck
