The registration form of Company Secretary course is available all round the year and you may obtain the same from any of the ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India) Regional Council or any of its branches/councils.

Though the registration process is open throughout the year, in order to appear for Term End examination to be held in the month of June, you must register for the Foundation Program on or before 31st August of the previous year and to appear for the Term-End examination to be held in the month of December, you must register on or before 31st March of the same year.

Foundation Program is mandatory for 10+2 qualified students. A graduate in any discipline is considered eligible for complete exemption from the Foundation Program and can directly enroll for the second stage of the course.
The Company Secretary course apart from Foundation Program, comprise of Executive Program (The second stage of the Company Secretary Course), Professional Program (The Final stage of the Company Secretary Course) and Management Training.
