jnu admission forms are avialable now. u can download it from by www.jnu.ac.in. .or u can go to jnu administarative office , near iit delhi. For syllabus of foreign language , its avialable on website. As far as cracking exam is concerned ,I would suggest u to buy last yrs question papers.u wont get dese in any book store, u ll have to buy from jnu administrative block for only 50 rs.
