I wanted to know about the Syllabus and pattern of ACIO Grade II exam?

there is no such special syllabus for that Exam .
for preparing of this Exam you should have good knowledge in GK ,current affairs and on simple maths.

MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS (MHA) recently invites online application form for the post of ASSISTANT CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE OFFICER – GRADE II/EXECUTIVE EXAMINATION - 2012 in INTELLIGENCE BUREAU Department of India. these post will be categories under Group–C
(Non-Gazetted/Non-Ministerial) in the IB, pay scale of ASSISTANT CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE OFFICER – GRADE II Rs.9300-34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs.4200. Candidates fulfilling eligibility criteria of the post, may apply ONLINE via official website of MHA website www.mha.nic.in . their are total no of IB vacancy 750 (GEN-80, OBC-334, SC- 225 and ST- 111.

Question Paper Pattern ASSISTANT CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE OFFICER – GRADE II EXECUTIVE EXAMINATION 2012 Syllabus
The written examination of GRADE II EXECUTIVE / ACIO-II/Exe contains 2 question papers namely Paper 1 nature will be Objective type and Paper 2 will be Descriptive type. Question Paper medium will be only English language. The total duration for both the Papers is 1 hour and 40 minutes.
