what is the syllabus for sbi specialist officers(systems) exam? plz provide any previous papers if available.

The Specialist officer system exam consists of questions on-

1>reasoning-50 marks

2>english-25 marks

3>general awareness and bank aptitude-50 marks

4>professional knowledge-75 marks

for details of specialist officer exam i have uploaded a file.you can go through it.

With respect to the Advt.No.CRPD/SCO/2012-13/02 (recruitment of Specialist Cadre Officers in SBI), I have completed B.E. in Electrical and Electronics (E.E.E). I have 5 years of experience in design, analysis,maintenance and support of software. Age limit is within 30. Am I elgible for Deputy Manager(systems), Assistant Manager(systems) and assistant manager(computer and communication).
Please let me know so that I will know my eligibility and apply, if possible.

The age limit for this entry is above 21 years and below 30-40 years depend on the post applied.

Candidate must posses degree from any recognized University.

The total time given for a subject is about 140 minutes.

And for previous question papers just refer the book Success Matter of Arihant. It is available on nearest book depot.

the post 4 asst mgr(sys) asks 4 experience in comp. pgmming desirable.i do nt hav the reqd experience bt hav d reqd qualification(be-etc).am i eligible?

There is no General awareness.... paper in any IT specialist officer...

so sir please change this....GK and Appti... this was totally wrong

the right pattern is

1) English -50 question - 25 marks
2) Aptitute - 50 question - 50 marks
3) Reasoning - 50 question - 50 marks
4) Professional Knowledge - 50 question - 75 marks
