Dear Friend

Indian Navy conducts SSR examination for sailors entry.

The Selection procedure is
Written test
Physical Fitness Test.

The written test includes questions from Science, Mathematics, English and General Awareness.
All based on your 12th standard syllabus. Though the syllabus is easy, the selection is tough because of competition.
All averagely good students perform similar in Mathematics and Science but the deciding subject is English and General Awareness.
You should get helps from Newspapers and competitive magazines.

The syllabus for the SSR exam is attached in here with the message.
You can get Model Test Papers from book stores for your practices.

The SSR exam s carried out by the Indian Navy for recruitment of sailors in to the division. The selection is through a competitive written exam which is followed by a Physical Fitness Test. The syllabus of the written test will include 12th standard question from maths, science GK and English. Applicants can get question papers from different competitive magazines and also from online websites. There are question booklets available in different book stores for student’s references.
