unified syllabus or topics for 10th in all subjects?

ON WHICH DATE IS THE THE SECOND LEVEL EXAM OF UNIFIED COUNCIL OCCURS

my son studies in class 2 and he will be apperaing in the NSTSE exam,which will held on 4th dec 2011.so my query is how to prepare for
for this exam and in which subject? MS Brain mapping academy book is sufficient for this exam or not?

my daughter studies in class 3 and she is appearing TALENT exam , which will be on 4th December 2011 . so my query is that she learn /do MATHS/SCIENCE , she got book from school [TALENT & OLYMPIAD EXAMS RESOURCE BOOK ] in that there is only question ,so for right answer from where she get it ? Only the two book which has given is sufficient for exam or not ? Right now in school still not taught method of [division & multiplication ] sums ? reply soon....!! Thank you

By appearing these tests what academic benefit will I get while appearing for JEE/CAT/XAT etc. Is it an indirect coaching so that I feel more easy to appear these exams?
