Is there any difference between CTET and TET?

Hi, what is the difference between Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) and Teacher Eligibility Test (TET)? Or, both are same only? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each? What are the benefits of CTET and TET?

CTET stands for Central Teacher Eligibility Test.

TET stands for Teacher Eligibility Test.

There is only one difference between CTET examination TET examination is that; CTET examination is conducted for National level; on the contrary, TET examination is conducted for State level.

After passing CTET examination, you can join any government schools in all over India.

While, after passing TET examination, you can join any government schools in your state from where you belong.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
