If one's caste name is different on the community certificate from other legal documents, then is there a chance of having a problem?

Yes, it will be a problem if your caste name is different in caste certificate and other legal documents. Your caste name and all other details should be same on all documents else, you will face problem while applying for jobs. So, I suggest you to get your caste name corrected in your Caste Certificate by applying for new caste certificate with correct details.
