Since you were born in January, you will complete:
~~16 years on 31st December, 2016. ~~17 years on 31st December, 2017. As per rules and regulations of EAMCET conducted by Andhra Pradesh, you can only be eligible for engineering and pharmacy courses in 2016 because the age limit is 16 years and for medical courses is 17 years. |

EAMCET stands for the Engineering Agriculture Medicine Common Entrance Test. This is the entrance test conducted by the state government of Andhra Pradesh for undergraduates courses in the engineering, medical and agriculture disciplines.
For engineering courses, the minimum age limit is 16 years and candidates must have done 10+2 with PCM from a recognized board. So, you can apply for the Engineering and Pharmacy as per your date of birth. But you will not be eligible for the medical course as the minimum age limit is 17 years for this course. |
