Accelerometer ADXL335 is the main component for this project as this is capable of sensing the vibrations along the all three axix.As you are making a early warning earthquake alarm so this is the must thing for you.Be very careful that you purchase the correct accelerometer.
Apart from Acccelerometer you will be required to purchse the below mentioned things :

LCD(liquid Crystal Display)
Transistor (rating as per your need)
Buzzer
Resistors
LEDs
PCB
Power supply
wires
soldering Iron.
