sir in the yr from2004 to 2008 i hv given the exam the centre conduct by CARE but still now i havent get any certificate also i had given rs/ 85000 for course fees when i asked them they told us asked the university soroj swain who is the M.D. of that college of care say that if u will not get then go for jurdication. plz tell me sir what i ll do plz suggest me .thanks
