What is the academic qualification required for the post of Teacher in High Schools affiliated to CBSE Board?


Sir, I have completed 12th with 53% marks followed by Graduation BA English hons with 48% and CET paper 2 qualified with 66%. So, now am I eligible to become a teacher in High Schools affiliated to either state government or CBSE Board?

*Primary and upper primary teacher
Graduation in school teaching subject with B.Ed and D.EI.Ed is required.
*Pre primary teachers
Senior Secondary passed or graduate with Nursery Teacher Training. Montessori training , D.EI.Ed or B.Ed is required
All the staff, teaching and non teachingshoulf be appointed following the recruitment rules of State Government , where the school is located.
