what amount of money necessary for reservation an obc certificate?

There are two categories under Other Backward category, one is called Creamy layer and other is called Non creamy layer. The division is based on annual income of parents of candidates.

Recently, the threshold was increased from 6 lacs per annum to 8 lacs per annum. It means that candidate's whose parent's annual income is less than 8 lacs per annum eligible for reservation benefits and under non creamy layer. They can apply for OBC certificate.
