i have failed twice in be. But still manage to get first class in be. pls tell suggestions for mine carrer whther go for further studies in mba or do job. I have also done diploma in networking of one and half year.

Go for a networking job; you have already done some course; and with hands on work i think you will perform well

It seems you are geting good with your education carier. As you got faile twice and later managed to get first class at the end.
You must uterly go with MBA if you realy think yourself beter in management system. People are handsomly paid after MBA. But thinlk of your present atitude towards further studing if it is negative please leave the idea.
