I belong to sc category. I got 38/100 in gate 2014. My gate score is 191. And my all india rank is 1117. Can i get admission in iit roorkee in metallurgy and material science branch?

my gate score is 584 in gate 4014 in metallurgy can i be get admitted in iit kgp in metall branch in iit kgp 2014
