What is difference between Air Force Y and X Group and Navy AA and SSR?


What is difference between Air Force X Group and Navy AA? And, between Air Force Y Group and Navy SSR? What does all this mean? What is the rank structure and pay allowance for each of them? What is the basic requirement to join each of them?
