What is the difference between CSIR NET, CBSE NET and UGC NET?

I did my B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering & M.Tech in Medical Instrumentation. I'm interested in teaching field. Under in which I have to apply for NET exam CSIR NET or CBSE NET or UGC NET? Which subject I have to apply for NET exam? And, is these 3 examining body same and syllabus are almost same or differs? In which all context do they differ?
