What is the difference between ICWAI course and CFA? Which has more scopes?

Sir/Mam, what will be the salary of a B.Com plus ICWAI qualified student?And which is a good option between ICWAI and CFA in India as well as abroad if I am interested in Finance, Money Management, Controlling and Decision Making?
