What is the difference between Post Graduation in MLT and Diploma in MLT?


I have completed my B.Sc in Biotechnology and now I want to do Post Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technician. But, I heard Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician is also good. Is it true? What is the main difference between the two? Which one should I study?
