Hi, I have completed my Diploma course in Biomedical Engineering and I want to pursue Bachelor's degree in the same area i.e., Biomedical Engineering. What are the requirements for admission? Is there any entrance? If yes, then please share entrance details. And, will I get direct 2nd year admission based on this Diploma?

Yes. Most universities offer lateral entry engineering admission based on entrance exam LEET (Lateral Entry Entrance Test) conducted at state level. So, you need to apply and appear state level LEET entrance for getting lateral entry engineering admission directly 2nd year of degree engineering.

- Number of Questions : 90
- Maximum Marks : 90
- Exam Duration : 90 Minutes
- 1 mark will be awarded for every correct answer.

- Basic Science : 25 Questions, 25 Marks
- Electronic Stream Courses : 25 Questions, 25 Marks
- Mechanical Stream Courses : 20 Questions, 20 Marks
- Other Engineering Courses : 20 Questions, 20 Marks
