I had already applied for JEE April examination then again i registered for jee may session what can i do please if there's anything i could do to make this right please help me out.

Multiple registrations won't be possible with same personal details. The internal database would popup error while doing second registration with same personal details.

So, better to apply for counselling with application form having correct details (in case you have done multiple registrations). So, that you won't face details related issues during counselling/admission.

In case, you have done single registration and applied for April and May sessions, then there is no issues.
