Hi my name is tapan Kumar patra, i am a b.tech graduate in electrical and electronics engg. .Its been almost 4 yrs. i have completed my b.tech and have still not managed to get into any relevent field. I was talking to a friend of mine who suggested me to apply for CDAC. I have no IT background or any relevant knowledge, but i wish to do something in testing and developing. Can someone please suggest me the best course i can apply for now?? Or may be i should apply for CDAC or not?? Suggest me the best institute and please guide me with the course fee.
