CS stands for Company Secretary. This exam is conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) for those candidates who want to become a company secretary.

This exam is conducted in three stages:

1. Foundation programme,
2. Executive programme and
3. Professional Programme.

Candidates who want to join the Company Secretary course direct after completing their 10+2 have to undergo through these all three stages.

Those candidates, who want to join this course after completing their bachelor degree have to undergo through two stages of CS programme i.e., Executive Programme and Professional Programme.

As you mentioned that you have completed your B.Com then you can undergo through two stages of CS programme as discussed above.

Course Duration:

• Foundation Programme consist 8 months duration
• Executive Programme consist 9 months duration and
• Professional Programme also consist 9 months
