I have done my B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Am I eligible for Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) in Haryana? If yes, then please tell me the application procedure? When and how to apply for it? Is there any entrance?

For recruitment as SDO, you have to appear and qualify in HPSC examination.

The examination is conducted in three stages and after qualifying in all stages of the examination become eligible for final recruitment.

So, you need to prepare for the examination as per the syllabus and qualify in all stages for the final selection.
