What are the government exams available for civil engineering?

Civil Engineering is one of the conventional and well-reputed branch of the engineering field.

The main function of a civil engineer related to construction activities like planning, designing, buildings, dams, bridges, tunnels etc.

In this modern era civil engineers are demanded in almost all area whether it is privet sector or government sector. Government sectors are providing good job opportunities for civil engineers through various competitive exams such as:

>> IAS (Indian Administrative Service)
>> IES (Indian Engineering Service)
>> IPS (Indian Police Service)

These above listed exams are conducted by the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) every year. Qualified candidates are posted in various roles like Junior Engineer, Executive engineer or Engineer Trainee.
