in order to change your date of birth and name correction

for this you have to go to head office of cbse

with an application letter having mentioned clearly mistakes done and mention corrections done clearly ok

thjis application letter should be signed by your school principle in which you have pass 10th class

ok

you should correct the errors in your 10th marksheet it really counts a lot

My Date of birth has come wrong in my marsheet please guide me how to change it and how much fees has to be send to CBSE Chennai.

I am a student of DAV public school in Kolkata.I got my 10th2013 marksheet on 23rd July and had seen that an another students(who is in class-12 at my school) photo was attached on my marksheet insteed of me.Please suggest me what I have to do for the correction as early as possible.

I passed 10 class in 2006 .my mother name mistke what is the procedure rectified name.

But my actual date of birth is 15-07-97 according to birth certificate. Can I get it changed according to birth certificate in 10th rbse mark sheet on the base of birth certificate.

Sir , I have passed my 10 class in 2011 and 12 in 2013 , I am facing a different problem where in both class I have different names.i.e; I have additional "kumar" word in my 10 exam. So I want in to be removed so that I get same name in both classes.

My name is written " Shyam Prasad Thakur" in 10th marksheet, whereas it is written as " Shyamprasad Thakur" in 12th and graduation marksheet too. Would it affect during documents verification. What should I do?
