What is the ICET cut-off for admission in MBA?


I have completed my graduation in distance mode without doing intermediate and I got 20000 rank in ICET. Am I eligible to pursue MBA in regular mode and I belongs to BCD caste category? Further, which specialization would be best in MBA?
