Hi Kesar,

Right after completing intermediate, the no. of jobs that you can apply for are:

1. Banking jobs

IBPS conducts Common Written Examination for clerical grade in 19 public sector banks of India twice in a year.

The eligibility criteria is:

* A pass in 10th with 60% marks

OR

* A pass in 12th with 50% marks

OR

* A pass in graduation from any recognized university.

So you can apply for Bank Clerical jobs.

2. Central Government Jobs

Staff Selection Commission of India conducts Combined Higher Secondary level Exam for the post of Lower Division Clerk and Data Entry Operator i.e. LDC and DEO

Intermediate pass students can apply for primary school teachers. The basic educational qualification for primary teachers is a pass in intermediate.

you must have completed with physics and mathematics as a subject.

ELIGIBILITY:
You must have got 70% marks in physics,mathematics and chemistry in class 12th.
you must be between 16 to 19 years .
you can also apply for SCRA:

you must be between 17 to 21 years.
must have passed 12th with first or second division with mathematics and at least one of the subjects physics and chemistry as subjects of the examination.

After intermediate you have less job options, because where ever you go for jobs the minimum educational qualification is graduation, so first complete your graduation, there is so many jobs are waiting for you. If you are complete graduation there is a bright future for you.

Some of the job opportunities after completion of 12 th standard:

RRB(Railway Recruitment Board),

Bank clerks,

Police constable,

NDA(National Defence Academy) such as army, navy airforce.

But every field has a differant eligibility conditions to select the people but there are all with the intermediate qualification.

i have one doubt sir what that it is what is the minimum requirements for bank jobs?what about the preparation?

After completion of Intermediate i.e. 12th standard there are lots of job opportunity like Banking Clerical Job, Defence service and lots of job in State Govt. and Central Govt. Clerical post.

You can apply for Bank Clerical exam generally conducted by IBPS and SBI.

For SBI Clerical exam you should have passed 12th with at least 60% marks and for IBPS Clerical Exam the percentage of marks should be 55% marks in any stream from a recogised Board within the age of 18 to 28 years.

For Defence job you can join Indian Army/Navy/Air Force by appearing through NDA(National Defence Academy) entrance exam conducted by UPSC twice every year.

The eligible candidate must be an unmarried Indian male having completed 12th in any stream from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical and Mental Fitness.
