BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) is an Indian degree in the medicine field. This course deals with traditional Ayurveda. The eligibility required to study BAMS is mentioned below.

Eligibility criteria:
- The candidate should be an Indian citizen.
- The candidate should complete their 10+2 or equivalent education in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English with minimum 50% from any recognised board.
- The open category candidates are also eligible to study BAMS, they need to get minimum 50% in their secondary or equivalent education.
- There is 10% relaxation for the candidates who belong to backward category.
- After completing the secondary education you need to apply for MHTCET or any entrance exam conducted by the university to get admission in the college.
