You haven't provided enough information, for us to answer the question.
However i would like to inform you that certain colleges/university/institution provide relaxation of certain percentage of marks to SC/ST/OBC categories for certain degree courses, e.g if eligibility for general students is 50% then for SC/ST/OBC categories it is 45%.
Other than this there isn't any difference.

obc will get 50% grace marks & general will get 5% grace mark...

I belong to brahmin caste .whether brahmins come under OBC or general category???

i belongs to MBC (most backward) in state, OBC in central reservation the caste name mentioned in my TC(transfer certificate) as : X..... but one year later, after the verification the revenue deportment saying that i am BC ( backward ) in state ,OBC in central reservation .In my new community certificate caste name:Y...., totally different from previous name,when i apply to central govt job in future will i face any problem ? which one is valid document community certificate or TC (transfer certificate). PLEASE SEND YOUR ANSWER
