Re: What is the minimum percentage required in graduation to appear for IBPS PO exam
Let me solve your confusion. There is no percentage criteria to appear for the IBPS Bank PO Exam. If you have completed a graduation degree, regardless of the stream, you can appear for the IBPS Bank PO Exam. I hope that solves your confusion.
Institute of Banking Personnel Services is responsible for conducting Bank PO exam on the annual basis. The exam has been concluded for this year and if you want to appear for it, wait till next year June when it will take place. After clearing the IBPS Bank PO Exam, you can apply for job in 19 Public Sector Banks. It would depend on the vacancy in the bank. You will have to take your exam score when called for the interview to get selected for the job. The 19 PSU Banks who accept IBPS Bank PO Score are:- Allahabad Bank Andhra Bank Bank of Baroda Bank of Maharashtra Bank of India Central Bank of India Canara Bank Dena Bank Corporation Bank Indian Overseas Bank Indian Bank Punjab National Bank Oriental Bank of Commerce Syndicate Bank Punjab & Sind Bank United Bank of India Union Bank of India Vijaya Bank UCO Bank Eligibility for Bank PO Exam 1. Only Indian citizens can apply. 2. Minimum of graduation degree from a recognized university. 3. There is no percentage requirement. 4. Age limit is 20 to 30 years for the exam. 5. OBC are eligible for 3 years relaxation in upper age limit. 6. The age limit for SC/ST is 20 to 35 years. |
