Salary often depends on the employing organization as well as job profile. Place of work factor also helps decide salary package of the candidate to a considerable extent. As a fresher, one can expect salary within the range of Rs 8000/- to Rs. 15,000/- per month in medium level firms. MNC ‘s offer starting salary of Rs. 15,000/- per month. Growing experience will help one to have better salary packages. Public sector jobs offer starting salary up to Rs. 16,000/- per month.
