Respected Sir, I want to become an Air Hostess but my height is 160 cm so I am confused whether my height will be accepted for the job or not? Please tell me the physical criteria required to become an Air Hostess.

For Air hostess job the minimum height required is 157.5 centimeters. And the weight required is proportional to height.
Candidate should hold an Indian passport.
Normal eyesight of 6/6 uncorrected in both eyes.
Age group of 18 years to 25 years candidate can apply for jobs.

Apart from these for Air hostess job the candidate must require these skills:
Pleasing personality
Positive attitude
Pleasant voice
Common sense
Friendly outgoing Personality
Presence of mind
Language proficiency
Good Communication skills
Presence of mind
Team Spirit
Ready to work for long hours
Good appearance
Sense of responsibility

Air Hostess Eligibility
- You should have passed hotel management and tourism course.
- Age should be between 18 to 25 years.
- You should have mastery in spoken english , hindi & any other foreign language.

Physical Standards
- Height - Minimum 157.5 cms
- Weight should be in proportion to height.
- Eye Sight : 6/6

Candidates are required to complete 12th standard or graduation degree from a recognized board or university to get admission in Air Hostess course.

Your age should be below 25 years.

The minimum height required for the candidates is 156cms. Your eye sight must be in 6/6 without glasses.

I am 17 years old.I want to become an Air Hostess but my complexion is not fair. Can I apply for this job?
