I am a girl of 21 years old and I finished High School last year and my dream is to become an Air Hostess. But, my mother is discouraging me that I am fat I can't join. What is the physical requirement for being an Air Hostess?

Weight is not not a bar for admission for air hostess. your weight should be i comparison to your height . There is not any particular limit for weight.

Some of the basic physical requirement for Air Ho tress-
1. Height- 157.5 Cms.
2. Age- Between 18 to 26 years.
3.Should have passport/Eligible for Passport
4. Should have 12th/graduate degree.
5. Should have perfect eye sight.6/24 vision of each eye.
6. Unmarried
7. Should have Proficiency in English language.
8. Good health
9. candidate with fair complexion are preferred.

Eligibility for Air Hostess as per reported by different Airlines :

- One should have passed senior secondary from a recognised board in any stream.

- One should be more than or equal to 18 years in age.

- Height should be more than 157.5 cm

- Weight should not be less than 50kg and must be in proportion to the height.

- Eyes should have a perfect vision i.e 6/6 in one and 6/9 in other and free from colourblindness.
