Only degree is enough to apply for Electric Officer or practical experience is required as well?


I got 41% and 50% and 12th standard and 10th standard respectively and I have 4 year degree course too. Can I apply for the Electric Officer or I need any practical experience as well?

Electric officer is also called as Electrical Techno Officer. For getting the job the candidates educational qualification is required not the practical experience. The full details are given below.

Eligibility criteria:
- The educational qualification required is 3 years diploma or 4 years bachelors degree in electrical/ electronics/ electronics & telecommunications/ electronics & instrumentation/ electrical & electronics/ or any related stream from any recognised university.
- The minimum percentage required in diploma is 60% and 50% in bachelors degree.
- The candidate should have studied 10+2 in PCM stream with 50% from any recognised board.
- The age should be less than 30 years.
- The candidate should be physically fit.

So based on the eligibility requirements you just need to complete bachelors degree. You don’t need to any work experience.
