What is the procedure to apply for change of my date of birth in 10th certificate for UP Board of Education?
Sir, please I have passed 10th exam in 2017 in UP Board and my original date of birth is 4/3/2000, but my 10th certificate is issued in which date of birth is 4/3/2002. So, please let me know how can I apply for change of date of birth and what all documents would be required for this.

For any correction in the certificate you have to visit the concerned regional department or have to board office for correction.
You also have to submit the required documents for the correction such as proof of certificate, aadhar card etc. |
